A MAJOR MILESTONE

CELEBRATING BRAND MARKETING 

As our client was approaching their 40th company anniversary, they wanted to launch a refreshed brand identity while recognizing the efforts of their employees. The internal celebration created opportunities to highlight team accomplishments, share the company’s renewed vision, and build excitement around the future of McMillen Engineering.

For the rebrand, the goal was to involve employees and celebrate their contributions during the 40th anniversary. We designed strategies to input the new brand identity of the company and framed the event as a tribute to their years of dedication, fostering internal engagement and making them feel valued throughout the process.

The initial step was to complete an update to the company's logo. Once finalizing a design, we would also complete updates to their stationary package, marketing collateral, internal communications documents, and update their website. This rebranding contributed to overall employee recognition alongside the launch of its refreshed brand identity.

The MEI anniversary activities culminated in a celebratory dinner and employee recognition event, providing a formal platform to honor individual and collective achievements, strengthen morale, and reinforce the value employees bring to the company’s legacy and continued growth.
