Caporella’s Italian Ristorante, a beloved family-owned Italian restaurant, approached our team with a challenge: their online presence didn’t reflect the warmth, history, and personality that defined their in-person dining experience. Founded in honor of the owner’s parents, the restaurant was built on deep family values and heartfelt traditions—but none of that was coming through online.

As a family-owned Italian restaurant, we knew that our client could better reflect its heartfelt story online. We set out to refresh their website and social media presence to create personal connections with customers and celebrate the people behind the brand.

Our goal was to create an online experience that felt as personal and welcoming as dining at Caporella’s. We planned a full website redesign centered on family storytelling, plus a social media strategy focused on introducing family members to the restaurant's growing online audience.

Our client saw a 400% boost in Facebook engagement, connected with new local followers on Instagram, and increased time spent on their website. The storytelling approach resonated with the audience, sparking more interaction and drawing new potential customers.

Caporella’s online presence now mirrors the warmth of their dining room. The blend of authentic storytelling and personal content helped build emotional connections, increased brand loyalty, and turned casual visitors into loyal customers—online and in person.

TWO GROUPS BOOST VISIBILITY BY PARTNERING TOGETHER
During the production of Cats the Musical, MSTC collaborated with Caporella’s Italian Ristorante to make social media videos that promoted both groups. They each saw positive social media results from this cross-promotion. When local businesses collaborate, it’s a great opportunity to increase exposure in an authentic way. Most importantly, it allowed them to celebrate their community and create lasting connections.
